Update: Here’s a QuickTime version.
Check out this Aliant telephone feature:
Call Screen lets you redirect calls, from up to twelve telephone numbers of your choice, to a recording which lets callers know that you are not taking their calls at this time. Your phone will not ring. Call Screen is invoiced on your monthly telephone statement at $5.00 per month.
Although Call Screen can be a very efficient service, it also has it’s limitations. Namely, Call Screen will not allow you to block the following numbers: toll-free, cellular, those that originate outside of NS or those that originate from the Eastlink network. Essentially, you are able to block NS numbers which originate from Aliant’s local telephone service network.

Hailing from Halifax via Charlottetown, Windom Earle were the most traditional act of the night, with their four members playing live (although an iPod did provide some backing). With a focus on keyboards and glockenspiel, it was hard not to smile at their happy, fun, danceable songs. Their choice of obligatory cover was Kelly Clarkson’s “Since U Been Gone,†which they completely eviscerated, much to the delight of everyone.
